 “C” button with beep sound or not?
When pushing “C” button, red LED does not flash but with beep sound, it works . When pushing “C” button, red LED flashes but without beep sound , lock will not be able to work.
B.
 Correct code or not?
Digit in correct code will follow “Cup” one sound, error code will follow “Di”, “Di”, “Di”, “Di” 4 sounds. 4 times error input, lock will shuttle down 5 – 20 minutes. During the “Shuttle Down” period, lock will not work.
C.
 When low battery or battery power off, please change 4pcs new No.3 battery.
D.
 If too many things inside the safe and push safe’s door from inside, door may not be able to open. Please push door backside, then, digit in code, turn Handle and open the door.
PS:
 A).If still no reaction after changing new battery, make sure the battery + & - side is correct position and direction.
B). When low battery, even digit in correct code, lock will still show error code.

 When LCD screen shows “L-BATT” or weak sound means low battery or battery power off, please change 4pcs new No.3 battery.

 Check if the Handle is on lock position and push the Bolts totally out. If the Handle is not on tight lock position, even digit in correct code still can’t open the door.
